My family has been going to this facility for some time, and in the past, it felt like a caring and professional place. Unfortunately, that is not what we are experiencing now. Recently, we have had multiple concerns related to professionalism, patient care, communication, privacy, and follow-through. During one of my mother’s visits, the staff member who came into the room did not introduce himself and immediately started asking where we lived. He did not explain what he was doing or give clear instructions throughout the visit. During the blood draw, he was rough, snapped the rubber band, and continued even though my mother was visibly flinching. He handled supplies carelessly, throwing items down around the room. He gave my mother a urine cup and simply asked, “You know what to do, right?” without providing proper instructions. He never confirmed her name or date of birth before providing care or labeling vials, which is very concerning. At one point, he threw paperwork containing HIPAA-protected information into the trash and then had to come back into the room to dig it out. That was extremely concerning from a privacy standpoint. When conducting blood pressure, he did not ex

My family and I have been at this doctor office year over a decade. I can honestly say we will continue to come to this office no matter where we move to in buffalo. Yes the receptionist can use retaining from time to time but it's understandable where the overwhelming comes from. Over all best choice doctor office in my opinion

If you’re looking for a world-class medical facility that doesn’t put money over people this is the right healthcare center. Founder Dr. Glick is one of the most compassionate and loving human beings that have ever been created on this earth. God bless this healthcare center and may forever be a Buffalo Blessing.

It is with a heavy heart leaving only a 2 star review. I have been attending this OBGYN office for about 4 years and the experience and staff in office are amazing. The call center however, has always been an awful experience. I had to speak to 3 separate representatives before finally reaching José, the supervisor who is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable, not condescending at all which is nice from a man in women’s health. 2 separate representatives when i called 2 separate times weren’t able to book my appointment correctly and neither didn’t forward me to a triage when I am familiar with healthcare and knew that should have been done. Luckily when I called a 3rd time I spoke to Jose which seamlessly amended the situation. JRCHC really needs to prioritize its operations in terms of representatives. Your best bet when calling is immediately requesting a supervisor. Had it not been for the awesome in office experience these past few years, I would have easily searched for another provider due to the call center.

The front desk staff’s behavior is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. On multiple occasions, I’ve had my calls abruptly disconnected—once even while actively speaking with someone—and attempts to call back were completely ignored, and closing the phone calls an hour before the closing time. This has happened well before the posted closing time, which is both unprofessional and frustrating. If the staff currently in place are unable or unwilling to provide basic courtesy and responsiveness, then it’s imperative that you either replace them or ensure they receive proper training to meet a professional standard. This level of service is not acceptable for any office.
